The latest local specialities are waiting for us again in the restaurants, pattiseries and cafes of Eger in spring 2018.
GastroSpring programme initiated by young local entrepreneurs was launched last year. Thanks to this social game gastronomy, being a professional challenge to caterers as well, gets to foreground at the time of the Spring Festival of Eger.
Last time fascinating courses were served, like Dish of a Miscreant Bey, Gift of the Sultan, Secret Bowl of Jumurdzsák, Smoked Turk which in fact was a delicious hamburger.
