GastroSpring programme initiated by young local entrepreneurs was launched last year. Thanks to this social game gastronomy, being a professional challenge to caterers as well, gets to foreground at the time of the Spring Festival of Eger.
Last time fascinating courses were served, like Dish of a Miscreant Bey, Gift of the Sultan, Secret Bowl of Jumurdzsák, Smoked Turk which in fact was a delicious hamburger.
