This year we are focusing on the Egri Csillag (Star of Eger), the white sister of the Egri Bikavér (Bull’s Blood of Eger). This fresh fruity dry wine is one of the favourites of the local people of Eger, and we see that also in other parts of the world it is acquiring more and more fans. We want also you to get to know it. What is more, we want you to discover Eger's gastronomy through this wine! By clicking on the data sheets, you will find where and what we recommend for you to taste, being it a vintage wine or a dish matching the Egri Csillag. Of course, you are free to choose something else, and you can taste the flavours of Eger to your own taste!

Try as many of the restaurants and wineries on the Gastronomic Tour as possible! Having visitied at least 3 places, you will be presented a gift from Eger, so you can remember the mouth-watering adventure even from home!
