Concert of the first band of Lennon & McCartney in Eger
The members of the first band of John Lennon are visiting Egri Road Beatles Museum celebrating its fourth birthday and since they are still active musicians they will remember their everlasting friend with a unique and unrepeatable live rock n’ roll concert and talk show on the stage of Gárdonyi Géza Theatre in Eger on 15th May. Colin Hanton, Len Garry, Chas Newby and Rod Davis are chosing from the songs played by them together with John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison on the stages of Liverpool. In the second part of the special evening the best and most authentic Beatles tribute band of Hungary, The BlackBirds celebrating their 15th anniversary this year are going on the boards by recalling the best early songs of the Mushrooms, thus taking the audience back to the wonderful sixties.
