The patisserie has been working in Eger on this place since 1928, it is already the fourth generation to go on with the specialities of Kálmán Sárvári multiple prize-awarded confectioner master: the icecreams are made only with natural procedures, the cakes and cookies are home-cooked from traditional recipes. A peculiarity is "Fruitcafé" made from fruit peel and fruit seeds causing stimulatin effect without coffeine. Since it contains natural fructose, no sweetening is needed.
