We warmly welcome visitors to the first Eger Mineral Fair, to be held on September 13–14, 2025 (Saturday–Sunday) at the Eszterházy Károly University – University Event Center.
The specialty of the event is that, for the very first time in Eger, interactive earth science programs will be presented, including:
- 3D projections of unique caves
- an exhibition of prehistoric fossils
- gemstone cutting demonstrations
The Department of Physical Geography and Geoinformatics of Eszterházy Károly University will also be present, offering interactive lectures and workshops led by Prof. Dr. habil. Márta Polgári.
Venue:
- University Event Center, Eger – Bartók Béla Square 4. (The venue is wheelchair accessible, equipped with an elevator, and a buffet is available.)
- Exhibition area: 908 m²
- A separate 80 m² section will host self-awareness and thematic programs, lectures, and screenings.

Tickets:
- Adults: 1500 HUF
- Students/Seniors: 1000 HUF
- Children under 6: free admission
- The ticket grants access to all lectures free of charge.
