The biggest summer adventure of Eger Castle – with a twist: at the Apródfesztivál, children take center stage!
The main characters of the Apródfesztivál are the children, who, over the course of two days, can explore the history of Eger and its castle through craft workshops, playful challenges, and the participation of historical reenactment groups. The Apródfesztivál continues the tradition of previous years’ events – offering an experience-filled, meaningful, and value-creating family weekend for all who wish to spend quality time at the Castle of Eger. Family games, live storytelling, historical reenactments, a unique puppet show, a medieval casino, a folk playground, and many surprises await visitors.
