Pipacs Guesthouse

Pipacs Guesthouse is located in the resort area of Eger–Almár, just a 10-minute drive from the city centre of Eger – a cosy log house where the tranquillity of nature meets thoughtfully designed rooms and culinary experiences.

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, flat-screen TV, minibar, free Wi-Fi and access to a camera-monitored car park.

Comfort and care: Guests are welcomed with a family-friendly bathroom set (towels, shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer), featuring the gentle, natural Damana Earth & Sun cosmetics – for a pampering experience.

Breakfast and services: À la carte breakfast is available in our ground-floor restaurant. Room service can also be requested in advance.

Connection to the restaurant: The guesthouse is directly connected to Pipacs Restaurant, offering half board or full board on request. Our chef, Attila Nagy, personally creates the menus and provides heartfelt hospitality – part of what we call the “Pipacs experience”.

Excursions and activities: The location offers not only peace and quiet but also numerous opportunities for discovery – including a stop of the Szilvásvárad narrow-gauge forest railway right in front of the guesthouse. Guests can set off by train to explore the nearby Bükk National Park, Szalajka Valley, or the historic sights of Eger.
