Swing à la Django is an innovative six-member band that has created a unique blend of styles in their music, harmonizing gypsy swing, authentic bossa nova, Hungarian folk music, French chansons, tango, and jazz. The result is a distinctive style they call "django pop," based on the fusion of virtuoso instrumental improvisations with a variety of genres.
Their music was originally inspired by the legendary Django Reinhardt, and by following in his footsteps, they evoke the atmosphere of the 1930s and 1940s, bringing it into today’s modern musical milieu.
