Wavelength of emotions - exhibition

Data wygasła

The poetic world of Sándor Petőfi and romantic painting in Hungary (1820–1870)

Our artists not only strove for self-expression, but also attributed an important role to the formation of public opinion and the rise of the nation.

Nearly 100 works on loan from national and private collections await those interested in reviving and interpreting this colorful artistic world. The exhibition, which is open for half a year, is accompanied by cultural programs, lecture evenings, educational lectures and museum pedagogic sessions, showing that romanticism was the art of expressing emotions in all art forms.
