The new vintages of the Stumpf Winery are presented for the first time at the Imola Hotel.
What is the wine dinner about?
This is an experience of a journey in gastronomy, where food and wine help each other to create a fascinating combination of flavors.
We would like to show our guests the flavors of our Platán restaurant through a 5-course menu with the latest vintage wines from the Stumpf winery. The winemaker tells directly about the vintages, places of production and their history.

Amuse bouche
Cold appetizer: Smoked Szilvásváradi Trout fillet, cucumber, zucchini, sweet peas
Warm appetizer: Quail thigh and breast with aby wheat, corn, coriander
Main dish: Mangalica cheek, with wild mushroom stew, chive noodles, sage
Main dish: Lamb spine, with summer vegetables, confit garlic, potato gratin with truffles
Dessert: Cold cottage cheese dumplings, buffalo sour cream sorbet, apricot, elder
